STARGAZER is a medium-dark roast decaf made from organic Peruvian coffee sourced from a women-run co-op in Peru. It’s rich and flavourful, with comforting notes of chocolate and a smooth, balanced finish — all without tasting burnt or flat.

We use the Swiss Water® decaffeination process, which removes caffeine using only water — no chemical solvents — allowing the coffee’s natural flavours to shine through. The result is a decaf that still tastes like real coffee.

STARGAZER is a great choice for evenings, afternoons, or anyone who wants a flavour-forward cup without the caffeine. It works beautifully black or with milk, and is easy to enjoy every day.
