Shipping policy

We will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible, typically within 3-5 days.  If you request your coffee beans be ground, please allow an additional 5-7 days as this is the time the roasted beans need to sit for their flavours to fully develop.

We ship through Canada Post, UPS, Fedex and Purolator.  

If for any reason there is an interruption in your order, whether it be a delay in our shop or with the shipper, and you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we can do our best to rectify the situation.  If we are able to cancel the order we will.  If the order is already with the shipper, we ask that you return the shipment once it reaches you and we will provide you with a full refund.  All of our shipments are insured so if a package doesn't reach you please let us know right away and we will contact the shipper.  Thank you!
