Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If you are outside of this return window, please contact us and we'll still do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@coastcoffeeroasters.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2833 Bradshaw Rd, North Cowichan, BC  V9L 6B1

Once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.  Sale items will be refunded at their sale price.


Exchanges
If you are not happy with your product and would like to try a different blend instead of requesting a refund, just let us know and we'll supply you with a return shipping label and get your new blend out to you right away.

 

Refunds
We truly want you to be happy.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it for a fill refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
