Roaster’s Roulette is our ever-changing coffee adventure! Every few months, we feature a unique single-origin coffee from a small lot at an exceptional farm. When it’s gone, it’s gone—so every bag is part of a limited run of something truly special. We spin the wheel, taste our way through amazing beans, and choose our favourite for you to enjoy until the next surprise roast takes the stage!

Our current offering:  Organic Colombia Tolima Excelso – Women’s Co-Op

Grown high in the lush mountains of Tolima, Colombia, this coffee comes from a women-led cooperative dedicated to sustainable farming and exceptional quality. The beans are handpicked and carefully sorted (GP R86) to bring out their rich, smooth character. Expect a harmonious cup with notes of milk chocolate, caramel sweetness, and a gentle citrus sparkle—proof that passion and skill can be tasted in every sip.
